../FACT
Boys for Pele was the first album Tori produced by herself.

Several b-sides were released for this album; Alamo, Amazing Grace/Til the Chicken, Frog on my Toe, Graveyard, Hungarian Wedding Song, London Girls, Samurai, Sister Named Desire, Somewhere over the Rainbow, This Old Man, That's What I Like Mick, and Toodles Mr Jim.

The songs Marianne and Not The Red Baron were both first takes... The first time Tori has ever played these, are the ones you hear on the album. “No demos were done for any of the songs on Pele. Basically, two or three songs on the album and many of the B-sides were written as you hear them there. Marianne and Not the Red Baron - the first time she ever played them and the first time we ever heard them was the performance that you hear. The whole recording process was really special for that reason.” - Mark Hawley (husband & sound engineer)

There are two versions of this album. On one version, instead of the album recording of Professional Widow you can find Armand's Star Trunk Funkin' Mix, the remix of this song. On this cd the song In The Springtime Of His Voodoo has been left out. The second version does contain the original Professional Widow, and also In The Springtime Of His Voodoo.
